Pay and Conditions

• Five to seven hours of work per day, dependent upon whether you are an au pair, or au pair plus
• Two to three evenings babysitting, one of which is normally during the weekend
• 1.5 – 2 days off according to pocket money and hours
• Enough free time to study or pursue other interests
• Own room to be kept clean and tidy
• Meals and pocket money £200 PLUS a week, according to hours
• The notice period is 2 weeks on either side
• 4 weeks’ holiday and bank holidays
